Man Doily

A friend of mine saw this table lamp I made and said..."It looks like a regular lamp, just on a man doily!" Ok, that was my paraphrase from memory, but I thought it was a great description of what we are about :-)

Shop Day

We spent a day in the shop this week working on putting lights together for the Two Women Spring Barn Bazaar Art and Antique Show. It was a slightly frustrating day as we use some new parts in the fixtures. Parts we got from Lowes. Parts that were made in China and broke into a worthless hunk 'a junk before we got them put together. So we got more new parts and are hoping for a better that 50/50 breakage rate on them. But we did finish one light and got all the pieces for about 7 more painted. So good progress.
